6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

7. Account Suspension and Closure
arenaplis reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: providing false registration information; operating multiple accounts; engaging in prohibited gaming behaviour; suspicious payment activity; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, arenaplis will inform the account holder of the suspension and the general reason for it where doing so does not compromise the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the suspension will be lifted and normal account access restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and any balance associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited.
